West 11th St. Terrace

Beautiful building developed by Julian Schnabel in the West Village.
The strong winds up at this location required a wind tolerant plant list. A palette was based upon the Pine Barrens of New Jersey and the coastal areas, using dwarf white pines and native grasses intermixed with mountain laurels and budding hellebores.
